the cleaning of the room was acceptable.

I disliked several things. first, the minibar vendor disturbed me late at night. He rang the bell five times and didn't leave until i opened the door. second, maintenance work was noisy and i could not sleep well.. finally, the view was obstructed at times due to weather conditions.

I found a few issues . the mini-fridge made an irritating, high-pitched noise, so i had to switch it off (a minor inconvenience, i admit). also, housekeeping did not replenish amenities adequately. we never had enough drinking water. The hotel only provided a miserly amount per person per day.

The hotel had direct access to the Galleria Mall, convenient. I also appreciated the pastry shop downstairs (it had tasty treats!).

The water provided in the room tasted like tap water. The air conditioning did not cool properly, affecting sleep quality .
